Have you ever surfed at night?

Have you ever surfed on a river?

Well imagine doing both at the same time!

Everyone works to open the Waimea river so it can flow towards the ocean allowing it get bigger and bigger through the night till it carries enough water to let everyone play on it, either on a boogie board or a surfboard.
